WHY MAKE A RAMEN BLOG?

Eating ramen has been a passion of mine since I was younger, but I often found myself going to the same places over and over again. Moving to Chicago from the Bay Area has opened up a plethora of new ramen opportunities, but it was often hard to choose which ones to try first.

I'm just a normal guy, without any culinary training of any kind. However, I feel like most people eating out are. What I lack in training, I hopefully make up with experience. I've been to Japan three times, and ramen has been my favorite food for my entire life. My goal is to review every ramen shop in Chicago, so that no matter where you are if you want ramen, you know where to go.
